A big congratulations to Oisin Hughes who came 6th in the British Motocross Championships!! This is an amazing achievement - well done Oisin!!

Our Drumragh IC athletes team have just competed in the E District Athletics Championships.  A big congratulations to our medal winners included in the photograph – L-R  Claire Murnaghan 2nd Mini Girls High Jump, Shane Devlin 1st Junior Boys high Jump, Mathew Neill 2nd Inter boys 3000m, Jenna Mc Cance 2nd Inter girls Shot Putt.

These Athletes will compete in the Ulster schools Athletics Championships this Saturday 13th May.  

Drumragh Integrated College Gifted & Talented Students are just after receiving their winning certificates from Fermanagh Feis – congratulations to all and everyone who took part, well done!

In February our History department entered the Fermanagh Feis History section which involved students writing a letter to a character from History. Gifted and Talented students in Years 9 and 10 were entered.

Drumragh Integrated College students from Year's 10,11 & 12 were recent certificate winners in the UK Intermediate Maths Challenge, organised by the University of Leeds. Congratulations on a great achievement!

Drumragh IC students were involved in 'The Big Small Stories' project throughout Integration Month, March 2017.  The project is aimed at capturing, recording and archiving the memories and experiences of the people behind the foundation and development of integrated schools. Through oral history interviews and the collection of images and other heritage material from integrated schools, teachers, pupils, parents, principals, governors and the whole school community will embark on an exciting journey to explore and uncover the history of integrated education.

Yesterday evening saw the launch of the 'Unforgettable Faces' Photography exhibition and the announcement of winners, the event took place in Omagh Library.   At local level it was a schools competition with categories ‘intermediate’ and ‘senior’. The overall winner will qualify to progress to the all-Ireland stage.

Drumragh students were awarded first, second and third prize in the senior category.  Congratulations to - First prize with a cash prize of £100- Jenna Mc Cance, Second prize with a cash prize of £75 – Patrycja Waitr, Third prize with a cash prize of £50 – Wioletta Witek

Our Art & Design department hosted a Careers event for Year 10 on Tuesday in the Great Hall, Drumragh Integrated College. The aim of this talk was to enlighten students to the diverse range of career options that exist within the arts. An emphasis was placed on success both locally and within Northern Ireland.

Invited speakers were Tony Moore, Fine Art Photographer and Noelle Mc Allinden, Advisory Officer, Education Authority.
