Drumragh Integrated College students compete in the “Go4SET” competition

Year 8 Technology students from Drumragh Integrated College travelled to the Braid Centre in Ballymena to compete in the “Go4SET” competition; this initiative is an environmental themed Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) project.

The seven students’ were incredibly successful and placed first in the competition also they were given a Bronze Award from the design council; the highest grading in their category. Mr. Christopher McConnell, technology teacher spoke of the student’s success and remarked that it was a remarkable achievement and all staff and students at Drumragh Integrated College are extremely proud of their success.



Go 4 Set

Year 8 Drumragh Integrated College pupils who competed in the “Go4SET” project Andrew Preston, Rory Gailey, Jason Lindsay, Rosa PapakyracouGavin, Emma Bradshaw, Makenna Chadwick, and Nikola Potrapeluk. Also with technology teacher Mr Christopher McConnell and Mr Stephen Devlin from the Road Service who was their link engineer.
